You have the right to select the home health agency of your choice. Patients can receive home health services through their private insurance and Medicare.
When at least one of the Following conditions apply you could be eligible for home healthcare services:
٠ Considerable assistance or supervision is needed for the patient to leave the home.
٠ Home health services must be prescribed by the patient’s physician.
٠ Home health rehabilitation or nursing is an integral part of the patient’s treatment plan.
